Appointments and Committees :
- All officers are encouraged to create committees, receive applications and make appointments for special assignments for their respective positions. It is not the intent that the executive board does all the work but that the work gets done. This also helps to develop future club leaders and officers. Appointments shall be reviewed by the Chief of Outreach as a check and balance.
- All appointments and committees shall be selected from club members. Non-dues paying members may not be drafted for the position. All appointees and committee members must be members in good standing with the club.
- A person may be elected to more than one executive board position if need be. If one of the positions goes unfilled, the duties of that position are to be divided among the other standing directors.
- Each member of the Board and each club member will have one vote per person during a meeting. The president may cast the additional deciding vote in the event of a tie.
Board members should be checking in with Ms. Bunn regularly, and in attendance for the bi-monthly officer meeting.
